Credit Hours

1 credit = 40 notional hours (80 hours if ticked as industrial training / clinical placement / practicum).

Seminar and Bedside Teaching totals are split into Presenter / Attendee using the denominators above; the BST attendee multiplier and the Case write-up total are editable because the guideline gives them as a range rather than a fixed value.

Bedside teaching attendee is given an independent learning only when the students are given the diagnosis prior to the session and expected to read before attending the session.

The What If section is an independent sandbox — its "Total hrs" boxes start at each activity's current New Curriculum total but can be freely rebalanced per activity to explore ways of keeping this course at its original credit value.
